Staying at Hotel Casa Tere felt like coming home. The staff welcomed me warmly, making me feel special right from check-in. I appreciated the daily breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and delightful arepas. The rooftop pool had stunning views, especially at sunset, and it was nice to relax up there after a day of exploring. However, the WiFi signal in my room was a bit weak. I had to sit in the lobby to get a reliable connection. While the location in Getsemani was fantastic for experiencing local culture, the noise could be a tad disruptive at times, especially at night. Despite the minor hiccups, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would return for the friendly atmosphere and great location.

My stay at Hotel Casa Tere was disheartening. The hot water was elusive, and I only managed one decent shower throughout my week. Adding to my disappointment was the Wi-Fi connection. it was virtually non-existent in my room, forcing me to sit in the lobby for basic access. The noise from the lively streets nearby made it hard to find peace or sleep at night.

We loved soaking up the sun by the rooftop pool while our little dog explored the terrace. The friendly staff treated us like family and provided great recommendations for activities. My kids couldn't get enough of the traditional arepas at breakfast every morning.
